**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be a passionate and friendly brand ambassador who can represent not just our products, but our core brand values.
- Provide high-quality customer service to each and every customer throughout their sales journey.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide tailored assistance to each individual customer and advise on the best products to suit their style/lifestyle needs.
- Assist in handling daily store operations, primarily: check-out procedures, organizing shelves and stocks, sales reconciliation, and inventory management.
- Provide back-up and help (where needed) for in-store events.
- Meet sales targets.
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, meeting delivery deadlines.
- Manage inventory levels including receiving and organizing stock.
