1. Be the main point of contact for all HR related matters as part of the employee life cycle, esp. onboarding, development, retention, and separation;
2. Support C&B related initiatives, incl.
- Manage monthly payroll & statutory funds for Singapore office employees; liaise and work closely with external payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing timelines are delivered;
- Be the HRIS Superuser for the region, maintain/update employment related data in multiple SaaS and Google spreadsheets.

3. Ensure labor law compliance including MOM surveys.

4. Handle all Office & Community activities including facility management, and employee events to champion our Corporate Culture.

**[Across SG, SH and BJ Offices]**

1. Support all stakeholders in SG, SH and BJ Offices by providing various HR services ;
2. Take charge of both global and local HR projects such as employee support projects;
3. Provide support for the company benefits program called SmartSelect.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s / Master degree;
- 5 years’ HR domain experience, preferred in the areas of onboarding, C&B, performance management
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws and HR practices;
- Demonstrate knowledge in various human resources functions such as talent acquisition, total rewards, or talent development.
- Capable of building effective working relationships with all stakeholders;
- Strong business acumen, customer focus, and influencing skills.

[Nice to Have]
- Fluent in mandarin;
- Know of China employment related laws & regulations, and HR practices.
