Assistant Manager Performance Data Analyst

**Responsibilities**:
Processes:

- Manage daily and monthly functions of performance reporting; ensure that the end-to-end process such as downloading and maintenance of financial data is handled properly
- Ensure the integrity of data in the performance systems so that performance reports can be generated to our clients
- Coordination of the end-to-end operations with Ops and tech teams if there is any issue highlighted
- Provide updates to both global and regional teams and peers on metrics
- Review of existing processes and recommend solutions to improve the processes via automation through VBA or macros

Handle queries/feedback:

- Handle enquiries from bankers/counsellors on performance reporting
- Participate in initiatives in gathering feedback to continue to improve our service level in client reporting

Others:

- Participation in User Acceptance Testing, initiate and formulate test scripts, conducting end-to-end testing for any regional and global releases
- Production Checkout for Performance-related items for Regional and Global Release enhancements, ensuring that enhancements are promoted smoothly.
- Provide training to junior analysts; guide the team in the day-to-day reviews of performance analysis and reconciliation
- Incumbents may interface with multiple levels with functional partners.
- Staff may also be responsible for the project management and implementation of operational improvement and re-engineering initiatives in collaboration with the clients office.

- Team oriented and ability to work under pressure. - Excellent execution skills in a multi-tasking mode and follow-up effectively. - Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High level of accuracy & attention to detail.

**Education**:

- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
