**Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead team of engineers and supervisors to oversee daily tunnelling activities.
- Manage TBM design during design and manufacturing stage to ensure detailed drawings meet the requirements and specifications of project.
- Monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.
- Plan, control, manage and coordination of TBM tunnelling activities.
- Review geotechnical data and plan ahead tunnelling works to ensure smooth tunnel progress.
- Evaluate and review work procedures and method statements for TBM tunneling projects.
- Interface, coordination and plan construction activities in accordance with construction schedules with TBM manufacturers and contractors.
- Demonstrable experience in managing detailed design, selection and evaluation of tunnelling methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
- Able to work as a team, assertive, independent, and proactive.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably with a Degree in Civil Engineering and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of TBM experience in managing various ground conditions of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
- Experience on EPBM and Slurry TBM’s. Variable density will be added advantage
- 6 days work week.
