Ecommerce Merchandise Analyst

The Merchandise Analyst is responsible for delivering a superior site experience for the customer by using data and customer
insights to deliver easy, inspiring product discovery and helpful, intuitive, content-rich product pages.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless,
friction-free, inspiring shopping online. You will also ensure that the site is delivering a consistent
marketing narrative with all channels.
**Responsibilities
- Manage and track Tactical Calendar (seasonal and weekly site builds)
- Perform Product Data UAT, Set Up + Maintenance
- In charge of Daily reports to manage PIP (Product Information Page) performance and verify
assortment against categories
- Manage No Longer Available + New Sku Reporting
- Review Product Ranking and Weekly SEO updates from action plans
- Monitor the performance of Related Product setup and Group-to-Category setup
- Creating/building out Categories, PIP Thumbnail set up/quarterly updates
- HTML coding of content pages
- Home Page set-up and flips
- Attend monthly and weekly meetings
- Other projects as assigned
- Manage third-party integrations for rich relevance & faceted navigation
**Criteria**
- Min tertiary qualification and 2 years of e-commerce or related experience
- Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutions
- Strong affinity for the products and brand
- Proven analytical, business planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, fast pace, and a changing environment
- Experience working in a global business and across multiple time zones
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills (working knowledge with pivot tables and v-lookups)
