**Job**Description/Preferred**Qualifications**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for system integration, test and characterization. Define system and subsystem specifications
- Provide training to manufacturing engineers and NPI engineers.
- Support manufacturing and field service on optics and systems related escalations.
- Document design, testing and diagnosis procedures to transfer the design to manufacturing.
- Communicate status and changes on a periodic basis to management in the form of weekly reports and live presentation.
- Maintain rigor within the group by demanding adherence to the planned strategy and calling for periodic reviews to determine if the plan needs to change.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work effectively with little supervision and achieve results in a timely manner
- Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of technical issues resolution. Good problem solver who works well as part of a focused team.
- Experience developing or supporting complex sensor and Imaging systems or assemblies
- Experience in optoelectronics, sensor technology, microscopy, optics, or systems design/support.
- Deep understanding of lithography and semiconductor manufacturing process
- Excellent English communication skills are required.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Optics, or related fields with at least 3-5 years of work experience.
