Part-Time Lecturer

**Requirements**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching:
- Prepare and deliver laboratory sessions on basic foundations of Chemistry topics.- Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, and assessments, if need be.- Utilize diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Student Engagement:
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students.- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through interactive learning.
- Assessment:
- Administer and grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations.- Grade students’ performance in lab/on-site lab performance.- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the laboratory team and course coordinator to ensure experiments align with the course's objectives.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field.- Experience:
- Prior teaching experience at the tertiary education level is highly desirable.- Demonstrated expertise in basic biochemistry and related disciplines.- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and learning management systems.- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
