**Job Responsibilities:
HR Generalist will provide valuable experience and help individuals develop a strong foundation in the field of HR locally.
- This role typically involves providing administrative support to the HR department, including handling paperwork, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding new employees.
- Works closely with the HR team to identify and recruit top talent for the company. This includes reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Be responsible for a wide range of HR duties, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.
- Ensures that employees are paid accurately and on time. This includes calculating and processing payroll, as well as managing benefits and taxes. Have a Malaysia payroll experience will be advantageous.
- Helps to plan and execute employee training programs, including scheduling and coordinating training sessions, creating training materials, and tracking employee progress.
- Implements and administers HR policies and procedures to meet business and employees’ needs.

- At least 1-2 years APAC regional HR generalist experience
- Telecommunication industry experience is strongly preferred
- Business English and Chinese communication skills
