**About the role**

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will:

- Provide the best execution services for Institutional clients on various global stock exchanges using Bloomberg EMSX and Fidessa trading platforms.
- Generate and distribute sales trading colors for institutional clients.
- Attend client enquiries regarding market updates and other trade related matters.
- Prepare trade and currency bookings for manual trades after each market close.
- Work closely with Middle Office to ensure trades are booked correctly.
- Update data and prepare internal reports to facilitate strategic business planning.
- Other ad-hoc tasks.

**Job Requirements**

To thrive in the role, the incumbent should have / be:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- CMFAS certificates (M1A, M5, M6, M6A), or exempted from respective CMFAS exams a plus.
- Understand trading ecosystem lifecycle.
- Understand and differentiate between various equity market's microstructure.
- Understand algo trading logic.
- Hands-on exposure to regional equity markets.
- Hands-on exposure with trading platforms and sales trading coverage is a plus.
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Fast learner, possessing the willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
- Meticulous and good with numbers.
- Comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict and informed risk taking.
- Multi-tasker who can manage multiple streams of work concurrently.
- Strong team player with entrepreneurial instincts.
- Able to work on Singapore public holidays as other markets are trading.
