JR29779 MANAGER - SSD VALIDATION
- Manage a team of engineers to conduct product functionality and compatibility to ensure the product functionality, data integrity as well as compliance to technical specifications such as SATA/PCIe specification.
- Drive the team to develop PVE validation program and test plans for new products, improve the robustness of the test coverage for the existing products, establish a standardized test process, constantly drive for execution efficiency by selecting the right tools and techniques.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Operational, and Development Groups to ensure a smooth collaboration and alignment among teams and deliver the company wide projects on schedule.
- Manage and develop team leads to have project management skills, coach and provide career development plans to engineers.
- Identify the HW and SW needed within the department.
- Supervise a small team and provide technical training with a new hire TRAIN plan - Identify strengths and create specific development plans to improve cross-functional skills.
- Lead a growing team by recruiting, interviewing and making hiring decision, provide recognition and drive accountability.
