**Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain IT server room, Networking, System & Application, and Conference room AV system.
- Troubleshooting advance IT network issues in office, server room, and regional POP node.
- Collaboration with desktop support, Network and System Team to design IT services and driving projects.
- Part of the 7x24 SO team, works closely with teams in different regions to provide immediate support.
- Respond/resolve major incidents happened in MDF/IDF (e.g. Power outage, cooling system failure, etc.).
- 10% regular travel to other countries is required.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or higher, major in Computer Networking, Information Technology, related major or related work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in managing technology operations.
- Strong computer networking skills to handle advanced daily IT network operation and maintenance in office, server room, and regional POP node.
- IT experience with technical knowledge in Power, UPS, PDU, conference AV system, zoom, google cloud, SaaS IT service, and server room management.
- Experienced in project management and cross team leading.
- Able to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs.

**Preferred requirement**:

- Have CCNA certificate.
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience in large-scale IT service hardware deployments, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure will be a plus.
