1. KEY OBJECTIVES
- Senior Geophysicist interprets and analyses various types of geophysical data, for contribution to prospect identification and maturation as well as well as planning. The jobholder evaluates the identified prospects on both geological and geophysical approaches, as well as prospect ranking for decision-making on drilling campaign. The jobholder also prepares drilling plan and proposal and follows up until the work process of post-drill evaluation is completed. Evaluate and plan for Monitoring, Measurement and Verification (MMV) Plan for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS).2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Define all the remaining potential prospects from development campaign of asset.
Carry out 3D and 2D seismic interpretation and mapping for both structural and stratigraphic, velocity modelling for depth conversion, quantitative/qualitative seismic attribute analyses, fluid substitution, pore pressure prediction and rock physics techniques to optimize and high-grade near-field exploration, appraisal and infill development opportunities.
Carry out the prospect evaluation and ranking by both geological and geophysical evaluation.
Perform detailed well targeting, data acquisition plan, all related programmes and prepare for development well proposals as well as post-drill evaluation
Provides geophysics support to well drilling operations. Plans and optimizes well trajectories using seismic data.
Identify and quantify geophysical/subsurface uncertainties that influence the technical and commercial robustness of the projects.
Evaluate the cap rock analysis and support MMV t technologies evaluation for CCS.
Initiate and follow up on geophysical related studies carried out internally or by external contractors.
Provide geophysical input to reservoir delineation, resource assessment, geological modeling and field development planning.
Plan and support seismic data acquisition and processing work.
