**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Product Owner or Transformation team to understand project objectives and benefits.
- Together with domain Business Analysts, co-create business requirements to define scope of project.
- Work together with Engineering and Architecture teams to outline IT solution to meet business requirements
- Perform project planning - identify resources required, establish project schedule, and estimate budget required.
- Support Product Owner or Project Sponsor in formalizing and presenting Project Charter to senior management for approval.
- Perform end-to-end execution of project / Guide Junior Project Manager in the execution of Project, from kick off till project closure.
- Establishing and monitoring of project resources, activities, schedules, and deliverables. Pro-actively managing issues and risks relate to project.
- Ensure engagement and perform project reporting to project stakeholders during the duration of the project.
- Serve as the central solutions person from pipeline development and proposal development from initiation till delivery launch.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering discipline.
- Min. 10 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager with 5 years in the banking / financial services environment.
- Experience in banking product/operation (trade finance or Treasury) domain.
- Experience with business process re-engineering will be preferred.
- PMP or equivalent professional certification will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of solution architecture, design patterns and best practices in technology solutions.
- Strong communicator who can steer and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Able to lead cross-workstream(s) and off-shore vendor delivery team(s).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships.
