- Game Operations: Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our games, ensuring smooth gameplay experiences for users.
- Community Operation Support: Monitor online forums, social media, and other platforms to address player concerns and provide timely support.
- Esports Support: Work closely with the esports team to support the planning and execution of gaming tournaments and events.
- Collaboration and Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, including developers, marketing, and customer support, to align on goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in game design, operations, or community management within the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of player behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Passion for gaming and a commitment to delivering exceptional player experiences.
