Senior Manager, Transformation Office

The SBF Transformation Office aims to drive organisational effectiveness and continuous improvement within SBF, including process improvement, digital transformation, culture enhancement, strategic partnerships, and capability development.
The Senior Manager plays a key role in leading organisational development (OD) and driving change management in collaboration and partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and Implement OD Interventions/Strategies:
- Diagnose and identify organisational development needs and priorities
- Collaborate with senior management to define positive organisational outcomes
- Develop, lead and facilitate OD interventions and engagements with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Measure and evaluate the impact of OD initiatives and interventions
- Document process, learnings, insights, and feedback for continuous learning
- Contribute to the development of the OD roadmap for organisational health and effectiveness
Drive and Support Change Management:
- Provide expertise and guidance to stakeholders during organisational change initiatives
- Develop change management plans in collaboration with divisions, including process enhancements, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and training and development activities
- Facilitate change workshops and training sessions to build change readiness and future readiness within the organisation
- Conduct impact analyses and evaluation of change initiatives
**Job Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of OD principles, frameworks, and best practices, as well as developing initiatives and facilitating interventions
- Established track record in implementing organisational-level change management initiatives
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives with tight timelines in complex environments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to express complex issues simply and logically
- Excellent qualitative, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
