**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our fashion collections attractively.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.Ensure adherence to company policies and retail standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in the retail fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales and profitability.
- Creative flair for visual merchandising and a keen eye for fashion trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and retail software systems.Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
