**Sales Specialist (laboratory equipments)**
- Drive revenue and market growth of general laboratory products and solutions in the assigned market segment;
- Address enquiries from customers and prospects and provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support;
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers, and key account opinion leaders;
- Maintain customer relationships to cultivate customer loyalty and allegiance;
- Monitor and analyze customer requirements and market trends;
- Support the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns;
- Constant follow-up with customers on marketing promotions and campaigns and open quotations to generate new sales opportunities;
- Manage tendering websites for Singapore, including but not limited to GeBiz, SESAMI, hospital tendering websites, etc;
- Cover vacant field territories at manager’s request.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or business administration discipline;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in laboratory sales, sales support, or customer service in the science industry;
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively;
- Good knowledge of scientific and general lab consumables;
- Efficient time management skills to stay focused on primary business objectives and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- To be able to work well independently as well as in a team;
