This role will support a lean but well-established team for contract reviews/management, litigation, M&A and IP matters:

**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements relating to our services, procurement, IT, marketing tenancy, human resources amongst many other commercial issues
- Support HQ’s legal team and relevant business partners on drafting and reviewing of documents and contracts such as NDAs, supply agreement, M&A agreement, etc.
- Establish and maintain data privacy, security and regulatory practices and policies consistent with applicable laws and regulations
- Deliver legal services to internal teams; prevent and control legal risks and associated business risks including IP matters
- Identify regulatory and compliance risks in the existing business model and process, promote the adjustment thereof to reduce the risks or prevent the risks from happening beforehand
- Provide general administrative support to the Singapore legal team including audit matters

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- Degree in Law and relevant contract management experience preferred
- Experience in Commodities industry and IP mattes will be highly favored
- A hands-on person with strong project management skills; multi-task and able to work independently
