**Your Role**

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer (Visual Merchandising)
to join our team and bring our retail spaces to life, by designing captivating in-store
our products and increase customer brand awareness. You will collaborate with the visual
merchandising team and cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand's identity,
messaging, and design are consistently represented.

**Responsibilities**

**Graphics Concept Development**
- Develop creative graphics for in-store visual merchandising concepts
- Create design collateral such as posters, and graphics for engaging shelf and
- window displays and various in-store setups
- Design compelling product presentations and graphics for point-of-purchase
- displays
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to integrate concepts into designs

**Brand Consistency**
- Ensure consistency in brand image, design, and messaging across virtual and

physical retail channels
- Enhance brand awareness through visual designs
- Conduct store visits to maintain visual standards and implement updates to improve

graphic design elements in in-store presentations

**Trend Analysis**
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Monitor competitive landscape for design improvements

**TeamCollaboration**
- Align visual merchandising with marketing and sales objectives
- Integrate feedback from cross-functional meetings into design work

**Requirements**:

- Possess prior experience in graphic design
- Proven experience or education in graphic design or visual communication
- Experience in visual merchandising design and packaging design in the FMCG space
- would be an asset
- Deep knowledge of the Adobe Suite, with demonstrated expertise in Photoshop,
- Illustrator, and InDesign
- Well-rounded skills in logo creation, layouts, and typography
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising graphic design trends and best
- practices
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment on various projects, while fulfilling multiple

deadlines
