**Job Description - Administration Manager**:
**Job Purpose**:
St.George’s Church is a growing, multicultural, Christ-centred body of believers, giving glory to God within the Anglican Diocese of Singapore. We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Manager to work under the supervision of the Vicar, to ensure that the church administration is effective and efficient in fulfilling the Mission and Vision of the church.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to ensure that processes relating to the church premises, activities, office and administrative functions are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Responsible to ensure clarity of communication among key constituent groups of the church.
- Provide various support functions in respect of St George’s ministries.
- Perform all HR related functions.
- Perform duties of a Fire Safety Manager and Data Protection Officer.
- Perform Church Office Management Functions that include, but are not limited to:

- Implementing and review/re-design office policies, including operational processes.
- Define and review procedures for data security, retention and disposal to ensure Personal Data Protection Act requirements are met.
- Working with the Property Officer and Property Committee, be responsible in ensuring Health and Safety requirements are met.
- Respond to regulatory enquiries from all government agencies.

**Prerequisites**:
The successful applicant must be a committed evangelical Christian, a humble servant leader, hardworking, faithful to the gospel and have already been fruitful in a similar role. Essential requirements include:

- University Degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial position.
- Knowledge of best practice in Office Administration procedures and Human Resource Management (including Employment Act and on-going Legislation)
- Good communication skills.
- Evidence of good leadership.
- Contactable on off-day when required.

**Terms of Contract**:
Full Time Local Position for Singaporeans or Singapore PRs.
Salary depends on qualification and experience.
