**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and receive clients in a welcoming manner
- Troubleshoot and repair bikes following Crank n’ Chain’s standards
- Perform full service for bikes within servicing lead time
- Test ride all completed bikes before arranging for collection
- Keep showroom and workshop area clean
- Address client queries promptly and professionally
- Engage clients through sharing product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling
- Contribute to a positive buying experience
- Exceed client expectations with efficient delivery and exceptional service
**Requirements**:

- Passion for cycling and the Crank n’ Chain brand
- Previous experience in basic bike repairs
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Attention to detail and superb time management skills
- Weekend commitment is required
