**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with peer project managers to achieve enhancements of risk control frameworks via various projects/kaizens
- Serve as a liaison across departments by facilitating discussion or holding briefing among departments.
- Analyze the root cause of operational incidents and problem statements from BAU and lead the discussion to find out a solution.
- Attend ad-hoc assignments from manager and management
- Monitor and promptly escalate critical issues to the attention of manager and management

**Requirements**:

- Interest and passion to acquire k nowledge in banking operation processes and project management methodology
- Good communication and writing skills
- Good team player, possess good interpersonal skills, problem solver
- Positive personality, open to ideas and motivated, proactive, KAIZEN mindset
