**ASIA Zone vaccine FINANCE HEAD**

**Job Purpose**
- Contribute to the achievement of Sanofi Vaccines GBU objectives in the Zone as approved in the plan and the budget
- Provide a financial expertise and administrative support to vaccines GBU in the Zone
- Guarantee the high quality of reporting and financial statements and compliance with local legislation and Sanofi rules
- Coordinate the financial synergies between Vaccines GBU and other GBU, GSF in the Zone

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**
- **_Budgets, forecasts and monthly trends : _**_Organize and coordinate the budget and forecasts processes (Zone calendar, guidelines ) _
- Consolidate Zone financial data (Sales, Gross margin and Opex ) and challenge countries / subclusters assumptions _
- Ensure the alignment with Corporate and Region guidelines _
- Submit the budget, forecasts and the monthly trends in the tools _
- **_Monthly closing & Reporting: _**_Coordinate the monthly closing process with local, regional and corporate teams (calendar, monthly calls ) _
- Calculate & update the monthly provisions and ensure high quality of reporting vs Group procedures. _
- Estimate the monthly & quarterly landing and communicate it to the region _
- **_Performance review : _**_Participate actively to the Zone budget execution and make suggestions to improve the performance _
- Prepare and publish the Zone monthly dashboards _
- Analyze and comment the monthly results (Sales, GtN, Gross margin, PL and HC) and alert about the variances vs budget _
- Implement Opex follow up and perform the analysis by country, function and nature and share it with the team _
- Monitor the receivables, DSO and stocks by country, distributor and customer. _
- **_Commercial policy & profitability analysis: _**_Participate actively in the preparation of the annual commercial policy _
- Prepare the business cases and get the approval for all commercial offers, including the tenders and pricing approval _
- Ensure the implementation of the commercial policy according to the procedure and internal delegations _
- Analyze the country, market and product performance, including price and volumes analysis _
- Provide the Zone teams with profitability analysis and work on action plan for low profitability products/markets _
- Prepare the ad hoc financial analysis _
- **_Audit, Compliance & Internal control : _**_Follow the internal audit recommendations and their implementation _
- Guarantee the implementation and respect of the Group SOP _
- Coordinate the self-assessment with Internal control team _
- Alert the Management about any deviation and non-compliant transaction _
- **_People Management : _**_In close relation with the local CFOs, strengthen and enhance key competencies in Finance in the Zone to ensure meeting high standards _
- Build, lead transversally and motivate the team, and supporting local CFOs in HR related processes (performance & recognition management, professional development, Talent Management, etc.).**CONTEXT OF THE JOB / MAJOR CHALLENGES**
- Play Business partner role
- Manage complex financial flows and align with Group procedures and guidelines
- 2 MAMPs Project in the Scope (Bio Farma and GPO)
- Cooperate on transversal projects and teams including commercial activities
- Support the Zone team with financial analysis to improve the performance

**DIMENSIONS / SCOPE**
- Key position in Zone organization, covering 5 subclusters
- Key numbers: sales 360 m€, Opex 33 m€

**JOB HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS**:

- **_Education: _**_Bachelor of commerce, finance, accounting or controlling _
- **_Related experience: _**_Min 5 years of experience in a related position _
