**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide procurement support to the internal team for the purchasing and tracking of components
- Processing of documentation on purchasing activities (vendor code set up, matching and submission of PO/ DN/ invoice to Finance)
- Monitor purchase order status and update/ escalate if needed to ensure components arrive on-time
- Monitor deliveries, assist store in inspecting incoming parts, tally D/O and Inventory
- Establish and manage supplier relationships and internal stakeholders
