**LOGISTICS**

**EXECUTIVE, LOGISTICS**:

- Singapore**YOUR MISSION**:
**Task 1**:
**Warehouse Operations**
- Execute day-to-day operational activities of supply chain, inventory planning and logistics activities of the commercial operations.
- Coordinate the forecast from internal to 3PL for planning purposes
- Evaluate daily outbound capacity through coordinating with sales and retails and other relevant parties.
- Evaluate Warehouse Day to day picking, packing efficiency including order fulfillment accuracy.
- Ensuring deliveries are fulfilled based on Customer’s requested date.
- Responsible to monitoring warehouse order fulfillment:

- Monitoring daily order
- Monitoring the delivery status
- Monitoring POD status in SharePoint (cloud)
- Maintain Delivery Summary Reports
- Responsible for returns management
- Monitor the progress of scanning returns
- Monitor the segregation of products
- Maintain the Return Summary Reports
- Review Operation planning for peak sales months which involves high warehouse activities.
- Ability to work in the warehouse environment.

**Task 2**:
**Last mile Delivery**
- Manage Warehouse to ensure timely delivery and meet customer requirement
- Co-ordinate with customers and other stakeholders on their queries regarding delivery status.
- Ensuring that service quality is upheld
- Deal with feedback, queries and complaints positively.
- Provide daily report on all deliveries and follow
- up
- Schedule/Arrange Collection with Warehouse on Return Collection
- Handle internal/external stakeholder query on delivery issue.

**Task 3**:
**3PL Management & Problem Solving**
- Experience in managing 3PL Warehouse service provider.
- Ability to identify warehouse issues and drive 3PL for improvements.
- Review the Operation SOP and ensuring warehouse comply fully.
- Support all logistics ad hoc activities assigned by the supervisor.

**Task 4**:
**Report & Billings**
- Responsible to follow up all warehouse invoices for payment processing
- Filling up the monthly warehouse expense report
- Ensure warehouse submit monthly KPI report for reviewing.
- Conducts 12x cross functional review meetings with Wholesale and Retail (issues, performance, forecasts and upcoming sales and events and support market level operations and improvement inter-department communication).
- Create manual documentation (Commercial Invoice + Packing List) for export orders.

**YOUR TALENT**:

- Higher Diploma in Logistics or relevant studies or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics & Transportation Management.Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).SAP knowledge
