Our client (Firmus Capital) is a Singapore-based boutique investment & asset management company primarily focusing on direct real estate investments, with an active portfolio of commercial assets in Australia.

**Job Title: Marketing Associate (Entry Level)**

**Reports to: Senior Marketing & Communications Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work within the Marketing team to plan, manage, and execute through-the-line marketing campaigns
- Assist in developing communication plans and creating content for through-the-line channels to improve and strengthen brands’ presence, and drive audience engagement for online channels
- Contribute creative ideas and provide design support for online and offline marketing materials
- Ensure all information on the online platforms are up-to-date
- Monitor and keep up to date with marketing trends, and competitors’ activity to ensure relevancy and identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Assist in supporting any other marketing activities
**Requirements**:

- Often described as **resourceful, creative, analytical, organised, meticulous and **attentive to details**, Firmus’ Marketing Associate should also be a **proactive team **player with strong interpersonal skills.**:

- Someone who is **adaptable, enthusiastic, and always willing to learn.**:

- With a **diploma/degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a **field**, he/she should have a **basic knowledge of the various social media **platforms, google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO/SEM concepts, CRM **software (Mailchimp) and website analytics tools (Google analytics).**:

- Basic knowledge and experience in **photography, video creation and editing, and **Adobe Creative Cloud **will certainly be an added advantage.
- Firmus welcomes **fresh grads, with past internship experiences in marketing or **related fields, to apply.**
