**Roles & Responsibilities**

1. To provide operational support for the efficient functioning of the department, including

receiving, releasing, picking, packing, storage and housekeeping.

2. Ensure accuracy of quantities for issuance and return of stock items.

3. Maintain proper documentations.

4.Plan, organize stock in the right section for efficient maintenance and stock control. Ensure smooth parts handling in / out the workshop inventory. Works with Suppliers, deliver courier, our mechanic team and other Department (if any) for documentations checking / other requirements to be fulfilled related to stock in / out request. Enforces safety at work place at all times.

5. Perform stock take activities and submit report on the status.

6. Ensure proper identification, segregation and label for all stock materials for easy retrieval.

7. Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
