StriveX is partnering a regional bank who is seeking a Head of Wealth Management to lead and expand their wealth management division. This senior leadership role is pivotal in developing client-centric strategies, overseeing investment advisory, and enhancing client relationships. Given the diverse clientele which includes the Indonesia Market, proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is essential to effectively manage and grow the portfolio.

Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the bank’s wealth management strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead and manage a team of relationship managers and support officers to deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Build and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring top-tier service and personalized investment strategies.
- Oversee portfolio management, investment advisory, and risk management practices to align with clients' financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Compliance, Operations) to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities to refine wealth management offerings.
- Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and drive client retention initiatives.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree qualification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in investment products, portfolio management, and financial planning.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken) to effectively engage with Indonesian clients (due to the diverse clientele portfolio which includes Indonesia Market)
- Proven track record in managing high-net-worth client portfolios and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex market dynamics and client needs.
