**Position: Commercial Consultant**

**Location: Singapore**
**Permanent**
- Support sellers and sales managers with sales operations requests such as quota management, **CRM change requests, territory alignment etc.**:

- Manage tickets with high level of quality, timeliness and within the agreed SLAs
- Document processes and best practices

**Required Skills**:
2-5 years’ experience in corporate operational or sales team support services
Background working in or collaborating with Marketing/Sales knowledge and processes
**Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel**
- Able to recognize errors in own work and that of others;
- Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, and comfortable working in a quick turnaround environment, while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to be a reliable, hands-on deliverer of quality results
- **Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English /Japanese**:

- Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and working in an unstructured environment;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
- Excellence in being organized, proactive, and results oriented

**Education Requirements**
- Diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,986.81 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Business Support / Operation support: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- JLPT (required)
