Airport Operations Executives

**Role and responsibilities**
Supervise ground operations and managing ground handling staffs for appointed airline clients - passenger & cargo.
- Provide necessary supports required by/from respective appointed airline clients.
- Manage, motivate, and engage staffs by providing an open feedback culture and managing performance on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate and airline safety and operational procedures to meet/exceed regulatory standards.
- Maintain, monitor, and report on agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct & report on irregularities, accidents, or complaints as per company’s standard reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Ensure adequate manpower and resources available for smooth functioning of Airline designated counters at all times.
- Provide service and operational recovery on Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG), lost or damage baggage etc.
- Comfortable to work rotating shift, including evening, weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE “N/O” Level or equivalent Diploma in related field.
- Must have min 2 years of operations experience in the airport.
