**About the role**

Reporting to the Regional Accounting Manager, this role will handle end-to-end accounting tasks, including monthly closings, annual budget exercise and all group reporting requirements in Asia Pacific region.

**What you will be doing**:

- Handle monthly and year-end closing
- Oversee Intragroup billing and netting settlement, AR & AP functions, staff expenses
- Post supplier invoices and book journals
- Handle Group Consolidation and all other Group reporting requirements
- Assist in the preparation of management / financial reports, forecast & budget
- Assist in the implementation of internal controls, policies and procedures
- Assist in Budget and LE exercise
- Handle external audit
- Daily cash update
- Fixed asset management
- Quarterly GST filing and payment
- Other accounting duties to be assigned

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- At least a Bachelor's in Accountancy, or ACCA/CPA
- At least 5 years experience in an accounting or related position
- Good hands-on experience in accounting software
- Highly proficient in MS Excel

**Desirable**
- Audit experience will be preferable
- Prior experience working in the Logistics/ Freight Forwarding industry will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, organized, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Independent and fast learner with mínimal supervision
- Can work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
