- Perform assigned tasks to support the employer meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety, and environment as documented and follow all requirements as set out in the QHSE policy.
- It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that their day-to-day activities embrace sustainability/Health and safety therefore reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.
- To adhere to all contract/site SOP’s
- Able to work and travel on both Crane Warehouse (51 Tuas view Link & 8 Jurong Pier)
- To work with any designated area of the operation as directed by site managers/supervisors
- Tasks can include but are not limited to;
- Take delivery of inventory
- Check for damaged or missing items quarantining any items that fail the quality check for escalation and resolution
- Store goods appropriately as directed by either the WMS or direct supervisors
- Pick and pack orders for dispatch
- Move Inventory around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a fork lift truck
- Load goods for dispatch
- Maintain the WMS system accurately for all inventory receipts, movements and dispatch
- Carry out Inventory / cycle counts as directed utilizing the WMS and paper directions
- Ensure that all lifting and maneuvering of product is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
- Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
- Handle all inventory in an appropriate manner
- Work to 5S standards in order to ensure operational efficiency
- Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value
- Work in a safe manner and comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
- Ability to relocate either temporarily or permanently to other facilities within Singapore to support operations
- Able to commit Overtime if needed

Any other reasonable task as assigned by superiors in order to meet operational requirements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Secondary 2 / O Level
- Minimum 1 year related warehouse operations experience
- Must have forklift license (Below 5 Tons)
- Able to operate reach track
- Good team player
- Working location at Tuas and 5.5 days (alternate Sat)
