**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development and Execution**:Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies targeted at the Singapore study abroad training market, driving sales performance and market share growth.
- **Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification**:Analyze market trends in Singapore's study abroad sector, identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, and develop and execute marketing plans focused on Chinese students.
- **Team Leadership and Management**:Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to motivate team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Establish and maintain strong relationships with Chinese students, educational institutions, and partners to enhance Inhome Eduhub’s brand influence and market recognition.
- **Budget Management**:Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
- **Competitive Analysis and Strategy Adjustment**:Monitor competitors' activities in the market and adjust company strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

**Position Requirements**:

- **Work Experience**:At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role; experience in the education training or study abroad service industry is preferred.
- **Communication and Leadership Skills**:Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities, capable of effectively motivating team members to achieve goals.
- **Market Insight**:Deep understanding of the Singapore study abroad training market and the Chinese student market, with the ability to develop practical and effective marketing strategies.
- **Data Analysis Skills**:Strong data analysis capabilities, enabling data-driven business decision-making.
- **Digital Marketing Skills**:Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to effectively utilize social media and other digital channels for marketing.
