Install, configure, and upgrade Tableau Server and related software components.
- Monitor and maintain Tableau Server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and availability.
- Collaborate with database administrators, system administrators, and other technical teams to integrate Tableau with existing systems and databases.
- Manage user access and permissions, ensuring appropriate security measures are in place.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau Server, data sources, and visualizations.
- Develop and implement Tableau best practices, standards, and guidelines.
- Perform regular backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor system resource utilization and performance, proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features, enhancements, and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, assisting with report/dashboard creation, data connections, and data modeling.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Tableau workbooks and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Create and maintain documentation related to Tableau Server setup, configurations, and processes.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience as a Tableau Administrator, managing Tableau Server in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Tableau Server installation, configuration, and administration.
- Experience with Linux operating systems and command-line interface.
- Familiarity with banking industry data and reporting requirements is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and customization tasks.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, database management systems, and SQL.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Tableau certification(s) (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Professional, Tableau Server Certified Professional) is a plus.
