**The Opportunity**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Your primary role will be to process and submit all warranty claims within the submission deadlines
- To perform corrections and resubmission of rejected claims within stipulated time
- Assess and monitor pending warranty cases and ensure submission to be completed within the given period
- Evaluate database and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings
- You will handle warranty parts scrapping exercise on a monthly basis
- Generate various warranty claims submission reports from the system for service centres on a regular basis
- You will also liaise with Brand Principal and the respective internal customers on matters pertaining to warranty matters
- Provide assistance and guidance in relates to warranty issues
- Given any other duties from time to time

**Job Requirements**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE 'N' Level with relevant administrative experience in automotive warranty process
- Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details oriented
- Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment
- Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best
- Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
- Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member
