**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Create authentic Chinese dishes and adapt the menu based on dietary preferences, seasonal ingredients, and special requests.
- Purchase fresh, high-quality ingredients while managing the budget efficiently.
- Oversee food expenses, ensuring all ingredients are purchased within budget while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Cook and serve meals for the household, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, while maintaining food safety standards.
- Modify meals to meet dietary restrictions or preferences, ensuring a personalized dining experience.
- Maintain clear communication with the household members and other staff to ensure smooth meal planning and service.
**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Private Chef, with a strong background in Chinese cuisine.
- Ability to develop, modify, and execute a diverse range of Chinese dishes.
- Experience in ingredient sourcing, food purchasing, and budget management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with household staff.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
- Flexibility in adjusting menus and cooking to accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Working on-site
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Late shift
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
