**About the Role**

As an Executive, you will responsible for leading, executing projects and supporting the pharmacists in facilitating procurement-related activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the pharmacists in facilitating procurement-related activities
- Responsible for leading and executing projects
- Ensure timely and accurate processing and production of RFP documentation.
- Management of samples, drug codes and barcoding information for all purchasing activities undertaken.
- Maintenance and analysis of information related.
- Manage interface with stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health, IHIS and vendors for sourcing events through e-procurement. To lead BCP, IT support and other internal coordination for the team.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree
- Background in health / life / pharmaceutical sciences preferred
- Prior working experience in the healthcare setting will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Pharmacy Technicians are welcome to apply
- The individual should be organised and meticulous. They have strong integrity in managing the task.
- They are effective communicator when engaging internal and external stakeholders
- A good team player and with a collaborative approach. They are analytical thinker and able to deliver on-time.
