Position Summary:

As a global sports and media business, the NBA is so much more. While Basketball Operations runs the league's on-court activities, other departments manage relationships with television and digital media partners, develop marketing partnerships with some of the world's most recognizable companies, oversee the licensing of NBA merchandise, and handle a wide range of responsibilities that drive the NBA's success.
Major Responsibility:
- Handle full set of accounts for Singapore and Philippines entities, including but not limited to input of journal entries and preparation of month end packages
- Manage and process accounts payable in Asia region, new vendor onboarding process and employee expense reports for Asia region in accordance with internal policy
- Act as the primary contact point for internal and statutory auditor requests
- Prepare balance sheet accounts reconciliations, month end closing package and analytics management reports
- Manage day to day operations of Corporate Card Program
- Prepare cashflow forecast and funding request
- Responsible for compliance and regulatory requirements of Singapore and Philippines entities
- Support annual business planning and projections
- Ad hoc querying and analysis
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Minimum 3 years of financial reporting/ auditing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Hands-on experience in SAP or any other financial systems
- Experience in online banking platform is a plus
- Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks
- Ability to multi-task within a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
**Education**:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline
- Student member of professional accountancy bodies is a plus
