**Overview Responsibilities**:
The **Senior IT Director - S/4 Hana **collaborates and partners with stakeholders across the Company and must be an outstanding communicator in both oral and written forms, conveying technically complex information and concepts in easily understood terms to business stakeholders.

He/She is required to think strategically, critically, and creatively to present optimal solutions across the Company’s technology stack.

The Senior Director of IT must possess deep technical expertise and also be a leader and developer of IT talent for the Company.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all IT teams, including IT security, development and engineering, infrastructure, business intelligence, technical business analytics, and systems support. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training teammates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining teammates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with major course work in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Minimum of twenty years of progressively senior experience, including experience leading teams across all functions of technology **Strong S/4 Hana global implementation experience**:

- Technically competent and hands-on yet able to demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and influence a team; has experience leading across regional teams to achieve team objectives;
- Seasoned IT person with strategic thinker who has the organizational agility to handle ambiguity and yet able to focus and set strategic direction for the team.
- Adaptability in multi-cultural settings.
- A leader with the ability to drive results and the passion for excellence.
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders and large teams.
- Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to take ownership for business unit goals, he/she should make sound decisions in a timely manner, use good judgment and keep initiatives moving.
- Possess strong verbal and written communications skills and with effective presentation skills.
