**Our clients are a renowned Prestige Beauty MNC company. Is looking for a Sales & Education Executive. This position supports the Area Sales & Operations Manager in taking responsibility for achieving retail sales targets and business objectives. If you are keen on the Beauty & Cosmetic industry and possess a strong interest in retail sales operations, this would be the right role for you.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage assigned focus market sales & operations independently.
- Efficient management of daily counter operations in Southeast Asia (SEA) assigned region.
- Support setup of marketing details and point of sales execution for product launches and promotions.
- Lead Marketing Implementation for tactical plan/plans in line with go-to-market activations to drive retail sales
- Ensuring store Visual Merchandising is up to date and aligned with brand standards.
- Plan, Implemented and monitored incentive programs for Beauty Advisors
- Motivate Beauty Advisors to maximize the Brand’s retail sales
- Coaching, development, and supervision of Beauty Advisors and Airport Coordinators.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Retail Operations roles, preferably in the beauty industry
- Good organization and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Willingness to travel (traveling up to 20%)
