Headquartered in Singapore with presence in the United States and Indonesia, Straits Financial serves as the financial services arm of the CWT Group, a global leading provider of integrated logistics and financial services. We provide a fully-integrated service for our clients to access the financial and commodity derivative markets and will continue to expand into key financial and commodity markets.

As a Senior Marketing Manager (China & Japan), you will be responsible for promoting our Straits Financial Group brand within the financial sector through digital marketing, marketing and promotion, partnerships, and expanding our outreach to business partners. You will play a pivotal role in designing and executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

This position reports to Global Head of Retail Initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies (digital and offline) to promote the company’s brand and services.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify, engage, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers within the financial sector to amplify the brand’s reach.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of KOL partnerships, making adjustments as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the brand’s presence in local retail markets, targeting individual investors and traders.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand growth in various regions and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support local market entry and growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, sales, product) and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, messaging, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and product/services opportunities in the local markets, thereafter, advise senior management about the essential marketing strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.

**Requirements**:
You should possess the following:

- Minium bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 8-9 years of experience in digital marketing, brand promotion, or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Ability to lead a team of marketing executives in multiple locations
- Marketing experience in luxury or high net worth related field will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, KOL partnerships, and brand expansion initiatives.
- Content development in Chinese is a definite requirement. Working with content developers and designers (both internal and external) would be an advantage
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and the retail investment landscape.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM tools, CRM software).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel when called up is necessary and a requirement for this position.
