We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **Coding & Robotics Instructor**to lead and facilitate engaging coding and robotics enrichment programs for children aged 4 to 16.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development & Delivery**:Design, develop, and deliver coding and robotics lessons tailored to students of varying skill levels.
- **Hands-on Instruction**:Teach students how to use robotics kits, programming tools, and software in an interactive and engaging manner.
- **Lab & Equipment Management**:Maintain robotics equipment, software, and learning materials to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- **Student Assessment & Feedback**:Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate updates to parents.
- **Competitions & Events**:Organize and lead coding and robotics competitions, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
- **Continuous Learning**:Stay updated with the latest trends in coding, robotics, and STEM education to enhance lesson plans and student engagement.
- **Collaboration & Innovation**:Work with fellow instructors and the team to develop cross-disciplinary projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Willing to work on both weekends.**:

- Prior experience in teaching and classroom management, preferably with children.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as **Python, Scratch, and Java or willing to learn**.
- Familiarity with robotics platforms and software, such as **Arduino, LEGO Mindstorms, and VEX Robotics or willing to learn**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for making learning fun and engaging.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technology and educational methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- 1-3 years of experience in conducting education/enrichment classes
- Bachelor Degree in any field

**Bonus Skills (Good-to-Have)**:

- Passion for Computer Science, Engineering, or Education.
- Prior teaching experience, including tutoring or team training.
- Eager to shape the next generation by equipping them with digital literacy skills.
