**Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning calendar for thought leadership content and social media in line with company business direction and strategy.
- Understand the design flow and identify requirements that require copy writing solutions.
- Produce high-quality, and accurate copy for new digital journeys, across web, mobile, servicing, communications, and multi-channel promotional content, including but not limited to
- Webinars/ video script
- Blog articles
- Social media content
- Produce long
- and short-form writing appropriate and relevant to a variety of different segments and audiences, including regional and global markets.
- Proof-reading and copy-editing.
- Ensure all content presents an accurate overview of brand and is aligned to brand guidelines, tone of voice.
- Ensure consistency both within and across documents, channels, and brand requirements.
- Ideate, storyboard, and script-write video production.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity in a fast-growing startup environment and achieve results

**Requirements**:

- Ideally Diploma or University degree in either Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years of experience with copywriting, ideally in financial institution or banking industry
- Experience in investor-related digital copywriting, e.g., digital journeys, app content, website, alerts/communications
- Experience in copywriting for global markets and customer segments
- General understanding around best practices and trends regarding capital markets, ESG, finance, banking, FinTech
- Good relationship and project management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Experience working with CMS environments.
