Systematically maintain up-to-date documentation, including procedures, plans, work orders, permit-to-work, lock-out-tag-out, risk assessment, P&ID, and technical documentation.
- Prepare, implement, and adhere to the Management of Change procedure.
- Execute OPEX and CAPEX projects in a timely manner.
- Participate in the setup of the maintenance system and maintain a computer maintenance management system for efficient workflow.
- Review and update maintenance records in compliance with Client requirements and manage the inventory of spare parts and tools for cost optimization.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical and mechanical equipment and keep records of the same.
- Ensure timely completion of mechanical repairs according to site procedures and production priorities.
- Analyze the root causes of equipment breakdown and take corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with external electromechanical and construction contractors who work on the site.
- Ensure safe execution of all preventive maintenance plans or corrective activities performed by external contractors, following Client QHSE guidelines and policies.
- Ensure that all equipment complies with QHSE legal requirements.
- Contribute to site Health, Safety & Environment and Quality standards, including ISOs and a sound understanding of the QHSE Management systems.
