Responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable including verifying of supplier invoices into the accounting system are correct and accurate.
- Monitor AP Aging and perform vendor reconciliation statements as required.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Maintain relationship with company stakeholder on payment request.
- Filing of all invoices, payment vouchers and other documents.
- Work closely with internal/ external parties to resolve discrepancy issues and to follow up actions when necessary.
- Ensure timely processing of staff expense claims and in compliance with company policies, procedures and controls.
- Manage petty cash claim and reimbursement.
- Prepare bank reconciliation.
- To monitor cash flow and prepare weekly payment.
- Monitor and assess on monthly basis accrual adequacy.
- Assist in effective internal controls are in place and compliance with Group policies, regulatory laws and rule for financial and tax reporting.
- Support in month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma of Accountancy or Finance or business management or equivalent
- 1-2 years of cash flow experience, able to work as team will be value added.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to meet tight deadlines, work under minimum supervision multitasker and team player.
- Excellent in writing and communication skills in English and other Asian Language is a plus evolving regional business..
- Take initiative, flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
