To support Clinical Trial project and studies
CORE JOB TASK
- To develop strategies to drive the recruitment of healthy volunteers and specific patient population groups to support current and organisation study portfolio.
- To identify opportunities for external outreach for the recruitment of volunteers (healthy and patient groups) through collaboration with healthcare providers, research institutions, patient support groups
- To identify and work with vendors that offer innovative recruitment and advertising campaign solutions
- To develop, plan and execute awareness programs on clinical research to relevant organizations and institutions.
- To lead the development of e-marketing initiatives to enhance volunteer participation in clinical studies.
- To monitor and manage external advertisements and recruitment campaigns.
- To identify opportunities and challenges for recruiting volunteers. Develop plans to tap into these opportunities and overcome the challenges.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Degree in health science, marketing, advertising or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or related role. Experience with digital marketing is desirable.
