3 Assist in leading the compilation, delivery and maintenance of all phases (the inception elaboration construction transition use case property matrix business rules documentation user acceptance testing).

4 Awareness or experience of various industry standard methodologies such as: SDLC, RUP, Agile, SCRUM and capability to communicate its policies and procedures to clients, teammates and partners.

5 Effectively manage individual workload and proactively communicate status updates to the EL for the project.

6 Good understanding PPRC properties, types and relevance

7 Understand the decision types and decision rules in PRPC

8 Possesses good knowledge on PRPC construction and debugging tools such as tracer utility, clipboard, app accelerators, documentation tools, expression builders and form builders

9 Sound understanding of user interfaces both PRPC out of the box and generic.

10 Good understating of PRPC flows, interpretation of flow shapes, SLAs, tickets, interpretation of complex flow shapes for business scenarios, activities, activity step methods, OOTB activities

11 Good handle on correspondence and reporting features in PRPC.

1 5+ years to 9 years relevant experience.

2 At least 1 cycle of PEGA PRPC implementation experience

3 PEGA Smart BPM and PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives

4 PEGA PRPC Use Case Development

5 Converting business into process flow PEGA certified System Architect

6 B.E. B.Tech MCA degree in Computer Science or similar degree 7 with CSSA certification Nice to have SQL,Java
