**Position Summary**:
The JDE Business Analyst (together with global and local JDE team) is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and fulfillment, rollout the global solution for new subsidiaries, and daily helpdesk support.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Regularly help in day-to-day resolution of the business/system/user issues
- JDE rollout for new subsidiaries in different countries.
- Analyse and document functional requirements, business processes, determine requirements, and coordinates prioritization with local management.
- Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Act as a liaison between end users and Enterprise Applications team to develop solutions to business problems understanding the nature of the problem for resolution.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements (SRS) and screen mock-ups, followed by articulating those into conceptual system designs to be communicated to Director of Enterprise Applications (US).
- Assist in functional unit testing and end-to-end validation.
- Provide management with project updates.
- Support user acceptance testing.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
- Proficient experience in the Financial, Distribution, Purchasing and Planning Modules / Applications of the Oracle - JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Understands JDE integration methodology and ability to understand and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Strong business process knowledge of the Distribution functional area.
- Broad, in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including industry best practices and trends.
- A high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Process improvement & leveraging best practices.
