- Attained a minimum of Black Belt in Pencak Silat from any local Silat School.
- Attained a minimum of NCAP Level One for Pencak Silat by Sports Singapore
- Attended Values and principles in Sports by Sports Singapore.

**Experiences**
- At least accumulative 3 years of Pencak Silat (Tanding) coaching experience working with young adults aged between 16 - 25yrs old in the past 5 years
- Lead and coached a Pencak Silat team in the successful achievement of a minimum of 10 awards for any category in a local or overseas Pencak Silat Competition in the last 5 years.
- Past experiences in working with/ leading a team of martial arts trainers and have worked with a Second Silat Trainer (Seni) with aspects to training and competition preparations
