**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting with commissioning and qualification of upstream equipment such as bioreactors, media prep systems, and related utilities.
- Supporting development and review of process documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and batch records.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including process engineering, validation, automation, and QA.
- Participating in tech transfer, process readiness, or troubleshooting activities as needed.
- Providing on-the-floor support for upstream operations and process execution.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in upstream process development or manufacturing.
- Hands-on expertise in bioreactor operations, process scale-up, and cell culture techniques.
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience with process analytical technology (PAT) and data-driven process optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
